Alex has worked in mining and fixed plant, and has seen how much extra pressure is placed on supervisors and crews when information is scattered. The expectation keeps rising. Stronger records, clearer handovers, better visibility and safer decisions. But too often the tools given to people on site create more admin without actually helping the people doing the work.
